Georgie Tet's Long Island Asphalt Modified Comet

" If you're not familiar with it, this is a Long Island Asphalt Modified run by Georgie Tet (the first Japanese driver in NASCAR). I remember it running at Islip Speedway probably in the mid to late 1960's.

It's a 1961 Comet cut down, powered by a fuel injected big block Chevy. The tires/wheels were cast by Larry B. at Big Donkey Resins and the decals were created by Tom Piotrowski out of NY.

The weather out here is still too windy outside to take good pictures. These were quick and easy!! Once the wind calms down I'll take some better shots and get it posted on a few websites. The Geisha Girl decals are super, so I really want some clearer pictures, so you can see the details.
