Well, since it's been taking so long to send you any updated photos of my CAR models, I felt the need to prove to you that I actually CAN finish a project... Albeit one with wings... This is a 100% scratchbuilt 1/32 scale replica of a Piper PA-25 Pawnee cropduster like the ones I used to be involved with back before the Mrs. grounded me some years ago. I was fortunate to win the Best Scratchbuit category at the IPMS contest in Kalamzoo last fall, and recently made it into both the Fine Scale Modeler Contest annual and Scale Aviation Modeler magazines! I'm pretty tickled about that, as most of us plastic-whackers biggest thrill is to see their work published someplace... I promise you that the next shots I send will be of something with FOUR wheels!
