""WHY WAS THIS CAR NOT IN THE MOVIE!?"...lol. I saw a bunch of custom Pixar cars on Ebay and figured I should do one of my own. "He" is an AMT Pontiac kit with a heavily modified front end. Most of the decals came from the kit. The eyes were printed on Testors film and they are blue just like Rusty's. I really had fun doing this one but I hope to never need this much putty ever again.
