The car was purchased in a lot of built models. The decals had all turned yellow. The car itself was dirty. After soaking the body in Simple Green, and soaking the rest of the car in dish soap, it came out pretty clean. I repainted the body and applied new decals. Restoring old models is just as much fun as building them new.
