"..Buddy started buying used equipment from Bill Elliot in early 85 when he could no longer keep his Mopar's going due to lack of parts. The car depicted here was run for a few races before being wrecked and then re-painted almost totally red. Kit is the 84 T-Bird from the Monogram Rookie's of the Year combo with decals from Fred Cady's sheet. The red side panels were a masking nightmare due to the curves of the body, but in all I'm very happy with how it turned out.
