Tim Richmond's #25 1987 Folgers Monte Carlo

"Painted this car with Tremclad Regal Red over Tremclad red oxide primer. This is an almost bang-on match for Folgers red. I used the Powerslide sheet for the decals and applied 1 coat of Future Floor Wax for the glosscote.

I did my research and decided to do Tim's last ride in Winston Cup, which was the August Michigan race in 1987. So every contingency decal is in it's proper place.

I also swapped the seat because Tim had an updated seat compared to the one the kit provided. Drilled out the holes and added seatbelts using medical tape for the material portion. I added roll bar padding from Pro Tech model parts. Made my own roof antenna using guitar string and Styrene rod for the base. I also cut out the molded in window net and upgraded to a more realistic looking net."
