"Mark Martin's 1999 Synpower Ford Taurus. It was supposed to race in the Pepsi 400 at Daytona, but a rain-out forced them to use the car at The Brickyard. This is a "No Bull" car, hence the dollar sign and day-glo red spoiler, valence, and roof number.
