Tony Raines 2007 DLP Monte Carlo

" Built this one about a year ago. went all out on this one. A 2006 Revell Jeff Gordon Monte Carlo before all the Mods. I Used Mikes Decals to make this into Tony Raines DLP Monte Carlo he ran at the second race at Pocono . The chassis from a 1993 Monogram Lumina with almost every roll bar from Evergreen Rod. A lot of the car is scratch built.

The items I can remember that aren't are the Earnhardt No Bull Photo Etch set, Detail Master Braided line, Hood Pin Kit, Racing Harness, Detail Wires, Tach Kit and Racing Steering Wheel. All the fittings are from Plastruct Hex Rod and Evergreen Rod. Flocked the seat and added the Fire Button and leg heat sheilds, Driver side pad from electrical tape. Mikes Goodies and JWTBM all throughout for logos. Trunk has a fuel tube from a 1993 Monogram T-Bird kit. Body cleared with 2 part Automotive clear and kit sprue camera and craft wire attennas and Aluminum tube Fuel inlet and overflow tube. Scribed the trunk open and added a taller rear spoiler and flared out the nose."
