"... All I wanted to do was get the stance right and the rear window fillers decent looking. I found a few good pics of the actual car, but the one I liked the best I attached (to the right - Mr N.). Its either a 75 or 76 Matador taken at Ontario Motor Speedway back in the day, it shows it on the grid with a real mean stance, and black rims!! I could not believe that, but then again Penske has always been in front of everybody.This model is a mix of an original amt Matador and the re-issue, cut some pieces off an older Monogram model, for the front end to get it low, threw together a roll cage from the parts bin, made different exhaust from tubing, and mounted the rear metal axle thru a new hole drilled above the differential to lower the rear, rounded out the wheelwells and presto!! Believable looking Matador. "
