"...Found this one at Wal-Mart...what a kit!! I really agonized over the color, as the pics on the box show the cars at the finish after 24 hours of grime under overcast skies. This made the yellow appear much darker. Even the finished kit pics on the box ends the yellow was pretty dark. After doing some research, I finally found some shots of the car in a museum and the true "Millennium yellow" showed much lighter and brighter, so I used Tamiya yellow as a finish.

It would be great if Revell put as much attention into it's NASCAR kits as was put into this car. Great detail throughout, cockpit nicely done, and carbon fibre decals for the dash, engine intakes and rad deflector. Then, for some reason, all your work gets covered up, as the body is one piece, with no removable hood. Leave it to Revell.... Decals went on well, other than having to go through the goodie box for all the Goodyear marks ( I wish these guys would come to some sort of deal...this is just dumb...)and also came with the set to build the Lemans cars."
