"These shots were taken on various visits to the RCR museum in Welcome NC. (its worth the trip).

All the cars in the museum were raced and restored for the museum. The former Talledega winner was not touched, it will be added in as-winner-circle condition. The car was covered in confetti and bud no bull five bills along with champagne.

The Wheaties photos (I think Ray means Japan Coke car - Mr N.) were taken at the show car shop just behind the museum itself.

It was beening restored at the time (2 years ago) it is now on display at the museum. there were also two engines setting in the shop back to back. I photo'd them for detail.

...I found an old brochure of the rcr site with info on tours and shop set ups as well as a map to the shop itself (maybe 2000 on the aerial shot.); also shots of the wrecked Talledega (i think) car from the race where he and Bill Elliot got together and were slightly burned but that was it. It was displayed as proof of the nascar safety devices used in the car at the time.(96-98 I think).

Also the only shot I have so far of the Last Win car (Talledega no bull winner ) setting in the shop itself before moving to the museum,(we were at the shop right after the dega race )

Dale Jr's Wrangler rookie BGN car - the actual blue on the car had a slight metallic finish , this was his first race in the BGN series at Rockingham.(it was also the first time I got to meet him, didn't get an autograph tho)
